Fractile

I'll keep this short and sweet as it is a mirror to my Face Book post:

I require an artist, a coder or programer, and sooner or later a musical composer with Sundays free and a desire to work on a joint project. If you know some one who would be legitimately interested point them my way. I want to try and get something rolling in 2012, and net working is step 1.

Not the usual word wall attack I know, but one step at a time folks.

Three whole exclamation points there, I think I might have hurt myself. But yes seeing as how the rather grandly titled first post was an age ago I felt a second random and more or less irrelevant posting was in order.  I am happy to say that some time in the near future I will be back to being a patron of the arts and seeking out artists for paid work, although lamentably not at the prodigious rate I once indulged in. And while I have many, many, many, many… you get the idea things I –want- to get put into visual format I will have to be more judicious in my project selection then in yon ages past.

On a more glee filled note some time ago I along with other shadow swathed individuals began on a project, a project that at some point will be shared with the world hopefully for said world's game playing enjoyment (or eye bleeding screams we are really not sure yet, half the lab rats keep exploding). This project will eventually need art, a lot of art, art in a volume that realistically I as a sole financier cannot provide. We are undaunted by this though as such needs are well in the future, obscured by far more immediate needs. Still one of the projects I will be turning my attention to is finding an artist or two who would be interested in a larger scale and drawn out project whose styles fit the task at hand. I could be more obscure about this but hand motions work out poorly in text so I will leave it at that for today. Wow I really do ramble on more and more as age devours my mind X__x

  Well I figure I've had this account for a small ice age and done nothing with it, so here it goes. FIrst off I'd like to say thanks to the tons of talented artists who are kind enough to take my comissions and my money (fair trade me thinks) as I my self posses all the artistic skill of a rock, an extreamly untalented rock... at the bottem of a talent and skill devoid lake. Anyways! I've been considering posting the myriad of commisions I've been funding over the ages here with links to the artists who did the work (I just write descs and find ref material like a loon) as a sort of collection of Hey here's what I do and these are the skilled people who make it happen.
  
  Though I'm a bt iffy on the idea still as these spaces are really ment for folks who post their own art, or so I feel/think, but then also I'd really like to show off the wonderful items that people have done for me so I'm a bit mixed up on the point at the moment. Yeah I typed it out, at the moment... I see enough ATM in WoW to kill a horse, a big one, with sharp teeth... Back to the point I'm going to try and start at least using the journal space so folks can see the insanity that is the spaztic inside of my head, that and maybe focus some of this cretive energy into a valid project. (One that I won't be drawing, see previously mentioned talentless rock comment)
